3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS) from Pure Body Health. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up care communications, review requests after a visit, and occasional practice updates or promotions. Our text messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
How you opt in
Consent to receive text messages is collected when you check the Text Message Consent box on our online contact form and provide your mobile number, or on our patient intake and consent forms at our clinic. Providing consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our practice and the communications you have agreed to receive.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Pure Body Health does not charge for the text messages themselves.
Opting out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.
